I was lucky to meet up with current CP
So if you would could you please feel us in on the events leading up to your taking office from your perspective?
Well, I always was sort of VCP unofficially, during times of war or country related politics there would be numerous CPs from other countries messaging me trying to work out deals, my response was always "I'm not in government lol but I'll talk to Tim".
If you recall the Canada war, we were fighting a mindless battle day after day while pushing Europe, solely due to EGO. Colombia was similar when they came up from Mexico and China the same. I worked out deals with all 3 of those countries to stop pointless battles and waste of supplies.
Me actually coming into office just made sense and Tim wanted to step down so after Congress elections he literally said "Impeach me" and I started talks with other nations and big names within USA to start to mobilize a plan and get a Cabinet going. Granted, this could be a short run, as the Presidential elections are coming up shortly, but I'll do what I can until then.
In your opinion do you think it was just too much pressure for former CP I don't want to put him down but I feel like his heart was never in it. He got it from referrals and I didn't want to run against him for real during the first real election. He would start wars and go to sleep and let what ever was going to happen, happen. He was in WSS MU instead of the national MU, I just feel like he was playing to get USA a good amount of high resource regions and then kinda just troll around.
I think if I would've run against him for real (not just throwing my name in randomly with 30 seconds left) I may have gotten more than just 13 votes. The competition besides me wasPrimology who really just has his MU voting for him and is pretty inactive and not in the public light and Joe who I haven't seen much of since the election. But I don't think it had anything to do with pressure, just lack of caring after some time. From what he told me if I didn't approach him about making the USA economy great, he wasn't even going to stay in USA at the start so he really took CP because of me and for me to help build USA to what it is today.
You mentioned the upcoming elections, I assume you plan to run what kind of opposition do you think you will face along the way?
I guess it depends on how I do until then. I am currently in talks to form a solid alliance for USA. I have lowered income taxes to allow workers to keep more of their money but also lowered (raised really) the PEG to .08 gold : 1 USD which is better for businesses to pay their employees and for people to buy USD to buy products on the market. I am also in talks with UK / France to potentially RENT the regions we want in Europe instead of holding them by force and dealing with daily RWs, which will allow us to dedicate resources to helping Allies with their problems.
As far as competition in the upcoming election, I only know of
Yesterday we were talking and you mentioned bringing back the CP having a cabinet of sorts, have you given any further thought to this and is there anything you wish to share on it at this time?

Samuel will be leading a program called The Citizen Equipment and Information Program which will be announced at a later date, but it will look to provide information to new citizens as well as subsidized equipment upgrades to get them geared up for battle.

My door is always open for people to talk to, I feel like I'm a pretty easy going guy. I want what is best for USA and I hope that I am doing a good enough job for everyone who lives here. I hope you all come out to vote in the next election, even if it is not for me, it just takes one click to do!

USA as a world power? In E-Sim it is possible!
In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.
Work for the good of your country and see it rise to an empire.
Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.
